Our concierge medical services is a truly unique experience. We offer every patient a comprehensive 2 hours annual physical. The annual physical focus on gathering information about your life, your symptoms, your routines, your medications, your family history, all in an effort to determine any medical risks that needs to be addressed.
Our focus is on prevention. We also offer a comprehensive head-to-toe ultrasound exam, which includes your carotid arteries, thyroid, heart, lungs, liver, gallbladder, kidneys, aorta, and lower extremity veins and arteries. We also use cutting-edge diagnostic laboratory and genetic testing. Our goal is provide you with a unparalleled, comprehensive, and evidenced-based primary medical care.

Tro Kalayjian D.O.Board-Certified Internal Medicine Physician
Dr. Tro Kalayjian is a board-certified Internal Medicine Physician and founder of PalisadesMD, offering concierge medical care to Palisades, Alpine, Rockleigh and Piermont. He is also part of the Faculty in the Primary Care Department at Touro Medical College. Dr. Kalayjian was most recently the Chief Medical Resident in a Yale-affiliated Internal Medicine Residency Program at Greenwich Hospital. He has worked on several clinical research projects, including; a study that demonstrated the statistically significant impact of a novel hospital-based safety initiative, a systemic review comparing treatment options for neuropathic pain, and a clinical trial that sought to establish a relationship between post-exercise ABI and a positive nuclear stress test.
Tro is also a founding member of Chimera Research Group, an independent research firm focusing on cutting edge biotechnology and new life-saving pharmaceuticals. He has been recognized as an Opinion Leader in the Healthcare Sector. In 2012, he was named one of the Top 50 voices in biotech by Fierce Markets. His past work experience also includes research services management for the Smilow Research Center at New York University Medical Center and for the Departments of Biology and Chemistry at New York University. His research and reporting has focused on drug delivery technologies, anticoagulants, genetic testing, pain therapies, central nervous system disorders and rare diseases.
